The 2026 Lineup…

They don’t have a Facebook page. They don’t have a website. What they do have is a brotherhood built on pure musicianship and a love for bluegrass that speaks for itself.

Widely regarded as one of the finest bluegrass bands in the country, Second Edition has earned a reputation for keeping things old-school—no digital footprint, no hype—just world-class picking and harmony that fans chase from one hidden stage to the next. Catching them live often feels like discovering a secret show, whispered about in the right circles by those who know where to listen.

Hailing from the hills of North Georgia, Canon Tyler is a gifted singer-songwriter and guitarist whose sound blends the heart of bluegrass with the soul of contemporary acoustic music. Drawing from traditional American folk and the storytelling spirit of Laurel Canyon–era songwriters, Tyler creates a style that feels both fresh and familiar to fans of roots music.

His latest album, Thickets & Brambles, is a heartfelt tribute to the rich musical heritage of North Georgia. The 10-track collection weaves introspective lyrics and vivid storytelling into songs that reflect life in the foothills and the timeless traditions of the region.

We’re proud to have Canon Tyler join the RamblerFest family and can’t wait for you to experience his music live at the Outpost Bluegrass Barn in 2026.

Established in 1984, Georgia Bound is a traditional bluegrass band with deep country and gospel roots and a sound that has stood the test of time. Known for their strong instrumentation, tight vocal harmonies, and creative arrangements, Georgia Bound delivers the kind of authentic bluegrass that longtime fans love and new listeners quickly embrace.

Based in Douglasville, Georgia, the band has performed at public and private venues and bluegrass festivals throughout the Southeast, building a reputation for heartfelt performances and a true respect for the traditions of the genre.

RamblerFest is also proud to highlight Georgia Bound member Jeff Partridge, who has recently launched an exciting new project, Georgia Bluegrass — a statewide, user-generated bluegrass music resource dedicated to preserving heritage, celebrating today’s artists, and inspiring tomorrow’s musicians. The project is also home to the Georgia Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame, honoring the musicians who have shaped the sound of our state.

We’re honored to have Georgia Bound bring their timeless sound to the Outpost Bluegrass Barn and can’t wait to share this special performance with you at RamblerFest 2026.

About The Outpost Bluegrass Barn

Built on love and bluegrass tradition, The Outpost Bluegrass Barn was founded in 1990 when Thomas Gray transformed his old auto garage into a music venue for his wife, Betty Gray, a lifelong bluegrass fan.

Since then, The Outpost has become a cherished landmark for pickers and fans alike, hosting legends such as Larry Sparks, Jim & Jesse, Doyle Lawson, Jamie Dailey, Matthew Bell and Ralph Stanley II. After a brief hiatus, The Outpost is backs. The organizers of RamblerFest 2025 used the opportunity to bring bluegrass back to this iconic venue. Money raised from the first RamblerFest festival is going back into the facility for repairs and maintenance. The Outpost continues to celebrate the spirit of community, tradition, and the timeless sound of bluegrass music in Waco, Georgia
